Wow, just read my last post. So much has happened I dont even know where to start. I finally sold my business and all was well. Only problem, I am starting to get bored.

This semi-retired state is not all its cracked up to be. I never thought I would get bored of sleeping in the hammock, but I sure have.

We decided also that we wanted to move back to Colorado. We LOVED our time in Missouri, but it was time to get back and start a new business. It was hard to do it back...

I have to first paint you a picture to understand this post.

I am typing this up from my porch, overlooking my pond, in Missouri, on my 21 acres of secluded paradise! We have just moved in a couple of weeks ago and have been spending time unpacking, sight seeing, sleeping in the hammock, or resting in the hot tub.

I have pondered back over this last year. Where I started, where I wanted to end up, and how I was going to get there. It has been a great ride and its not completed...

Things have been coming along very nicely. I have grown the pest business to keep three people busy. We are doing great in that dept.

Stocks are turning around. I have made thousands doing this. I am looking into dividend stocks right now and understanding how they work. Its nice getting paid by those!

I have "outgrown" cars for now. All my money is tied up in the stock market, Overland Journey, and the Pest business.

So its been a rough stretch. I have to admit, things haven't been going too good with the stocks. The stocks are way down, and trying to find out why, I found this video from Phil Town dated Aug of 2007!!!!!!! No wonder I never found this advice, it was way before I read his book!! Sheesh!
