So its been a rough stretch. I have to admit, things haven't been going too good with the stocks. The stocks are way down, and trying to find out why, I found this video from Phil Town dated Aug of 2007!!!!!!! No wonder I never found this advice, it was way before I read his book!! Sheesh! He said back then to get out and hold cash till we hit bottom. Now, this week on his blog, he says we are bottomed out and now is the time to invest! The stocks I have purchased have gone way down. Luckily I bailed on them while I was still in the green. There were a couple I didn't bail on in time, was on vacation, so Ill be holding on to those until the market turns back around. Phil, if you're out there reading this, CALL ME! I could sure use some more pointers!
Pest control is out of control! the company is growing so fast its hard to keep up. I just hired on an older gentleman as a salesman, and he is selling almost faster than we can keep up. I have had two people offer to buy me out!
One has actually been approved by the bank and SBA and we are waiting on a few details to get ironed out. If this happens, and I accept, I will have reached my goal!!!!!!!!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!!!!!!!!!! WOWW!!!!!!!!!!! Ill know for sure when the check is in hand in about 30 days!!!!!!!!! The power of the law of attraction is AMAZING!!!!!!
