Things are really starting to cook now! Pest Control has literally taken off like a rocket. Its actually hard to keep up. This was probably one of my best moves to date.
I have two people wanting to buy this business. The offers are getting high enough, that it just might be enough for me to reach my goal. I actually started negotiations and will see where that goes.
Our house still hasnt sold. Not sure what the deal is there. I know the markets slow, but I want the house sold! We are talking with a designer who does staging and see where that takes us. Also was approved on extending our contract on the other house in Missouri till April 15.
Everything else is kind of slow. Stocks obviously arent doing anything. Thanks to reading the right books, I didnt loose anything, but Im not making anything either. So the stock market needs to change soon, or I need to change my plan on increasing wealth.
Still open to ideas, but havent found the right thing yet.
Overland Journey is up and running. We are negotiating with a TV channel about turning it into a series. SHould make for alot of fun. I think Overlanding is my true passion. If I can turn it into a business, Ill be in heaven.
That is all for now. Weather is too nice to stay in. Im off on the motorcycle. See ya!
